Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows and Linux. Familiarity with databases (MS SQL) and monitoring tools (e.g., IBM Mainframe z/OS, network monitoring tools). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support for IT operations related to Central Securities Depositories. Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure operational stability. Investigate incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams across Porto, Oslo, and Copenhagen to resolve operational issues. Follow operational procedures and contribute to continuous service improvement within a 24/7 shift environment.Nice to HaveKnowledge of financial markets and post-trade instruments. Familiarity with ITIL processes and framework. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JCL).
