Customer Service Representative – Turkish Market (M/F/D)

Your Responsibilities
* Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels.
* Coordinate shipments and deliveries in collaboration with the logistics team.
* Support the commercial team and handle administrative tasks.
* Manage customer account statements and follow up on invoicing and payments.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in customer service or a similar commercial role.
* Fluency in Turkish and English (both spoken and written) is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Knowledge of invoicing and basic financial processes is a strong asset.
* A team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
* Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to delivering quality service.
* Additional languages are a plus.
