What You Will Do
* Create and optimise campaigns in multiple paid media platforms, mainly Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
* Manage all paid media platforms of SEA, Social, Native Ads and Retargeting.
* Optimise and review all ad campaign copy and creatives aligned with the copy department to ensure it delivers the maximum ROI.
* Keep abreast of the latest trends to test different creatives aligned with the Design Department.
* Align SEA strategy with SEO Department to ensure the best SEM strategy.
* Implement A/B and multivariate testing on ad copy, creatives and website to continuously improve ROI and performance.
* Work on initiatives of Conversion Rate Optimization to improve the results.
* Use digital marketing software like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hotjar and Google Tag Manager to analyse and report the performance of each marketing.
* Continuously monitor and report the campaign's performance.
* Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends across Performance Marketing and CRO.

What You Need
* Proven hands-on experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
* Experience in analysing paid media campaign results on Google Analytics
* Knowledge of Web Tracking
* Communication skills (advanced English)
