We are hiring Customer Support Representatives (German, French, English, Italian, or Spanish) to join the team of a prestigious international client.
We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills, customer focus, and a passion for multicultural environments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handling customer service inquiries via phone and written communication in Portuguese and one of the following languages: German, French, English, Italian, or Spanish;
* Providing clarification and support in resolving customer requests;
* Recording and updating information in internal systems;
* Collaborating with different departments when needed;
* Ensuring high-quality service in compliance with established procedures.
