Job Description
This role is part of Account & Sales Operations, ensuring that all discount conditions are maintained accurately in SAP and communicated effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong finance acumen, solid experience with SAP and Excel, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate trade terms information in SAP;
2. Ensure on-invoice and off-invoice discounts are up-to-date;
3. Audit and correct discrepancies in orderbook discounts;
4. Collaborate with the team to resolve customer queries related to missing or inaccurate discounts;
The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a reliable and competitive customer service level for assigned customers.
