The Project & Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring industrial costs, analyzing operational performance, and supporting strategic decision-making in a manufacturing environment, including project-based production using percentage of completion methodology. The role will work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate cost control, reporting, and identification of efficiency and cost optimization opportunities.

Description
Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range planning processes;
Prepare and oversee monthly management reporting and board-level presentations;
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions;
Monitor business performance and provide variance analysis;
Improve reporting efficiency through automation and BI tools;
Partner closely with senior leadership and business units
Profile
* Degree or Master's in Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
* +/- 5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling within manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments;
* Strong expertise in industrial cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis;
* Experience with inventory valuation, margin analysis, and operational performance monitoring;
* Solid involvement in monthly closing processes and industrial reporting;
* Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX monitoring;
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Primavera, or similar);
* Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus;
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work closely with operational teams;
* Fluent or intermediate to advanced level of English (mandatory;
