POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a German-speaking Back Office Agent (All genders) based in Porto to join our extended warranty management international team. This team manages warranty and contract services across multiple European markets, including France, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, and plans for expansion into the UK, Sweden, and more by 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage vehicle repair requests within contractual coverage.
2. Evaluate application admissibility.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments via phone.
4. Analyze applications for insurability and financial risk to support decision-making.
5. Communicate decisions to customers and partners.
6. Handle administrative aspects of processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Banking, or Public Administration.
* Automotive knowledge is a plus.
* Proficiency with IT tools used by the team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer satisfaction focus.
* High-quality work standards.
* Fluent in German and good written English.
