The role of Senior Marketplace Account Manager involves driving growth and success for medium to large accounts in our automotive product marketplace. This includes developing strategic customer relationships, utilizing data-driven insights to influence business decisions, and leading initiatives that enhance seller satisfaction and business performance.
* Strategic Account Management: Manage all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
* Seller Advocacy and Support: Act as the voice of the seller internally, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and accurately.
* Business Operations and Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics and use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions and improve seller performance.
* Product Expertise and Improvement: Exhibit knowledge of our product offerings and identify areas for improvement based on seller and customer feedback.
* Competitive Analysis and Growth: Conduct deep dives on seller issues and the competitive landscape, delivering recommendations to improve engagement and grow the business.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role/area
* Fluent English and German
* Relevant e-Commerce experience
* Sales and/or Account Management experience
* CRM and Seller Portal tool expertise
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and autonomous with strong leadership qualities
* Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Detail-oriented and efficient in managing tasks and processes
