What is Liftter
Liftter is building the operating system for personal trainers. Today, trainers manage clients, workouts, payments, scheduling, and communication across different tools or manually. It is messy and limits growth.
Liftter brings everything into one place. Trainers can manage their business end-to-end, and clients can find and work with the right coach. We already have traction with trainers and clients using the platform day-to-day. Our goal is simple. Help trainers grow their business and help clients get better results.
The role
We are looking for a Cofounder and Managing Director to join the founders. You will own growth, revenue, and operations. You are joining the founding team.
What will you do
Grow the platform on both sides. More trainers. More clients. More revenue.
Improve marketplace dynamics. Activation, matching, retention.
Talk to users constantly and turn feedback into action.
Build acquisition channels. SEO, partnerships, referrals, local expansion.
Close partnerships with gyms, communities, and training academies.
Define pricing and monetization.
Own the core metrics. Revenue, GMV, CAC, LTV.
Build internal systems from scratch.
Hire early team members when needed.
Work closely with the founders on product and strategy.
Do things that do not scale, then make them scale.

Strong signals
Experience with marketplaces.
