We are seeking a skilled Transformation Catalyst to drive digital change and excellence within our organization.
* Lead teams in adopting Agile values, principles, practices, tools, and techniques.
* Participate in and energize Agile Ceremonies.
* Develop and facilitate workshops and events focused on team growth.
* Mentor and guide Agile Teams and individuals in mastering Agile methodologies.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience working in agile environments.
* Demonstrated mastery of coaching techniques.
* In-depth knowledge of Agile Methodologies and their application.
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence project management tools.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written).
