Take ownership of defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that inform product evolution and business impact, ensuring our data-driven insights lead the way!How You'll Make an ImpactEngage in product and project management, collaborating with the product team to enhance product understanding and performance.Communicate and demonstrate design architecture while considering business requirements and value.Build strong business relationships, translating client needs into actionable requirements.Define and analyze metrics that gauge product success and monitor D&A product adoption in the market.Develop reusable components, standardized templates, and reference architectures to apply data & analytics best practices consistently.What You BringA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Extensive hands‐on experience collaborating with product teams, including product management, engineering, design, data science, and data engineering.Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to make data‐driven decisions and communicate results effectively.Experience in product optimization, including funnel/website optimization and outbound communication channels like email or push notifications.Proven expertise in Python and AWS CDK; familiarity with other languages and frameworks is a plus.Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a global and multicultural environment.Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.About the Team Our Gas Services division is dedicated to low‐emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
