Machine Operator – Rubber Production (EPDM)
Are you a skilled and motivated individual looking for a long-term opportunity abroad? We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join a leading rubber manufacturing company in the Netherlands. You’ll be part of a team that ensures the production of high-quality sealing products for roofs, facades, ponds, basins, airplanes, cars and more. From raw materials to finished goods.
About the Role:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth production processes in a
3-shift system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and carrying out production activities according to guidelines
- Performing quality checks and taking corrective actions when needed
- Troubleshooting first-line malfunctions to keep production running smoothly
- Collaborating with your team and adhering to safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
• A true team player with good communication skills • English at minimum B1 level or higher (Dutch is a plus) • Previous experience in a production or operator role • Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability • A Vapro diploma is a bonus, but not required

O Fully furnished private studio or shared house (maximum three mechanics per house).
O Rent: €500-600 per month per person (includes Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, and water).
