Procurement Specialist (Luxury Hospitality Project)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the sourcing and purchasing strategy for this landmark hospitality project. The role will play a key part in ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven procurement of goods and services required for the development and pre-opening phases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories,initially focused on indirect services, and progressively expanding into Food & Beverage procurement in later stages
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms
Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (development, operations, finance)
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
Support contract management and ensure compliance with company policies
Contribute to cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality
Requirements
Proven experience in procurement, ideally within hospitality, construction, or related sectors
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset

Location & Working Model
