We are looking for a Senior Business Architect to join our teamWhat you'll do:- Design and lead the definition of end-to-end business processes for complex credit workflows; - Review and validate existing process documentation and current-state artefacts (As-Is); - Define the future operating model, including roles, responsibilities, decision points and controls; - Create detailedBPMN 2.0 process models ready for implementation; - Define workfloworchestration concepts for enterprise BPM platforms, preferably Camunda or similar; - Make architectural decisions regarding process boundaries and workflow dependencies; - Facilitate discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders; - Deliver implementation-ready documentation, including BPMN diagrams and process architecture views.What you will need to bring:- Strong experience with credit processes in banking or financial services; - Previous experience as Business Architect, Process Architect or Senior Business Analyst in large transformation programs; - Hands-on experience designing end-to-end processes in regulated environments; - Practical experience with BPMN 2.0 modelling; - Experience working with workflow/BPM platforms, ideally Camunda or similar engines; - Experience producing implementation-ready artefacts for system integrator teams; - Ability to takeownership of process architecture decisions; - Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management and communication skills.Nice to have:- Exposure to Camunda-based architectures; - Familiarity with risk, regulatory and control frameworks in financial services; - Experience working closely with product, solution architecture and data teams.What can Syone offer:- Integration in an organization with profound and sustained growth and involvement in pioneering projects with innovative technological solutions; - Strong IT training plans; - Professional evolution with intervention in ambitious technological projects, both national and internationally.
