We're seeking a
Product Strategy & Market Development Manager
- a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional who will connect product innovation, market strategy, and business growth. This role bridges technical excellence and commercial strategy, ensuring that Seedsight's cutting-edge solutions achieve strong product–market fit, impactful positioning, and scalable adoption. You'll work closely with the founding team to drive product strategy, market expansion, and investment readiness, helping to define Seedsight's next growth phase across the agri-food value chain.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Market Strategy
* Define and evolve Seedsight's product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and technical capabilities.
* Translate complex technical concepts (AI, photonics, optical sensors readouts and spectrum analysis) into clear and compelling value propositions for non-technical audiences.
* Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging industry trends.
* Support the creation of go-to-market strategies and business cases for new products and market verticals/create product/sales materials and one pagers/product memos.
* Ensure strong product–market fit by validating value propositions with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Commercial Strategy & Business Development
* Develop value-based pricing models and commercial strategies that align with Seedsight's value creation and growth objectives.
* Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential clients, distributors, and research partners.
* Support pilot projects, partnership agreements, and commercial negotiations and strategic meetings with clients.
* Represent Seedsight in industry events, conferences, and strategic forums within the agri-food and food-tech sectors.
* Foster customer success and retention through optimized onboarding and lifecycle management.
* Propose commercial annual budget and sales pipeline.
Funding & Strategic Finance
* Work closely with the CEO and founding team on fundraising activities, including preparation of financial projections, and stakeholder communications.
* Support revenue modeling, scenario planning, and long-term business forecasting.
* Align financial and commercial planning with Seedsight's scaling roadmap and investor/shareholders expectations.

Requisites
* 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or product commercialization, ideally in agri-food, SaaS, or deep tech environments.
* Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience managing B2B product lifecycles — from go-to-market through adoption and growth.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
* Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of bridging technical and commercial worlds.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional European languages as Spanish and/or French are a plus).
* Entrepreneurial mindset — self-driven, adaptable, and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
