Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Developer at Engel & Völkers in Sintra. We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the real estate market within the Sintra council. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, ambitious, and dedicated to identifying and cultivating new business opportunities that align with Engel & Völkers' standards and criteria.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese
- Proficient in CRM software and Office/Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven background in sales
- 5 years of career experience (excluding intern time)
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated persistence and proactivity
Key Objectives:
- List residential properties and new developments for sale
- Establish and nurture a network of contacts to facilitate property mediation
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market analysis
- Identify promising areas and properties while engaging with property owners
- Actively search for suitable properties
- Responsively interact with potential clients
- Perform property valuations
- Promote and sell Engel & Völkers services to property owners
- Foster and expand your network with real estate developers
- Provide regular feedback to property owners and developers
