What you'll do:Executing Casa Redondo's export strategy, aligned with our global growth ambitions; Spotting and unlocking new international markets, with a sharp eye for both opportunity and risk; Building and nurturing strong partnerships with distributors, importers, and key players worldwide; Negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms—always with a focus on healthy margins and long-term sustainability; Overseeing international logistics to ensure smooth, efficient exports delivered right on time; Working closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to turn global plans into real success stories; Keeping your finger on the pulse—analyzing market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to fine-tune strategies; Sharing clear insights and reports on export performance, opportunities, and challenges with leadership. What we're looking for:Proven experience in export management, ideally within beverages or FMCG; Deep understanding of international trade processes and regulations; Strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to build lasting international partnerships; Fluent English is essential (other languages are a plus); Results-driven, self‐motivated, yet a true team player; Ready to travel and embrace new markets firsthand; Degree in International Trade, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
