Our client is seeking a talented Experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer to become part of their Center of Excellence. Work alongside the industry's best, and take ServiceNow transformation projects to a global scale by delivering innovative solutions from Portugal to the world
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
Direct contract with the end client
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in technology-driven projects focused on enhancing operations via the ServiceNow platform.
- Plan, execute, and coordinate activities independently, including guiding junior team members in delivering project outputs using an Agile approach.
- Manage daily client interactions, transforming business requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Share knowledge within the team, supporting junior members' development.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation and provide technical support to national and international clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development (3 or more full project rollouts).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferential).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two of the following areas: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
