Flight Support Agent Job Overview
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Flight Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update the Global View platform, ensuring seamless communication with partner teams;
* Arrange ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights in accordance with established procedures;
* Liaise with external providers, including handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, Civil Aviation Authorities, and customs agencies, regarding ground services arrangements and operational requirements;
* Request overflight and landing permits for all flights as required by established procedures;
* Submit flight, crew, and passenger information to customs and border agencies;
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight status during the planning stage, including flight times, fuel stop locations, and potential issues en-route;
* Liaise and coordinate directly with operating partners' Tactical Controllers to ensure timely communication of discrepancies and non-standard preparations;
* Evaluate that all responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently, within safety boundaries, and with client satisfaction in mind at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
A background in aviation or a related field is desirable but not essential.
