The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Web Designer to craft high‑converting, brand‑consistent websites and landing pages. You’ll design for clarity, usability, and performance and you’ll structure your work so it translates cleanly into WordPress Gutenberg blocks & patterns. Engineering handles development; your job is to deliver a systemized design that’s ready to build.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-impact web experiences — including homepages, landing pages, onboarding flows, and educational pages — with a focus on usability, engagement, and measurable outcomes (sign‑ups, retention, sales).
* Develop and maintain a scalable design system (style guides, tokens for color/typography/spacing, component libraries, iconography, motion principles) that ensures consistency across brands.
* Map design components to Gutenberg by defining blocks, patterns, variants, and constraints so development teams can implement your system 1:1.
* Produce end-to-end design outputs: wireframes → interactive prototypes → polished Figma files with annotations, real or realistic content, and coverage for all breakpoints, states (hover/focus/disabled, error/empty/loading/success), and accessibility considerations.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and developers to align designs with brand identity, strategic goals, and technical feasibility.
* Leverage data and insights (heatmaps, analytics, A/B tests) to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
* Design with performance and accessibility in mind, considering contrast, semantic hierarchy, image optimization, animation budgets, and Core Web Vitals.
* Support design QA during build to ensure fidelity and quality in final delivery.
* Stay current with web design and UX trends to keep our brands ahead of the curve.

* Portfolio of websites/landing pages showing conversion‑oriented design and strong UX craft.
* Gutenberg awareness: you think in reusable blocks/patterns, not page‑by‑page one‑offs.
* Figma expert: components, variants, auto‑layout, tokens, library management, and clear annotation.
* Commercial mindset: you tie design choices to business goals and can explain trade‑offs.
* Collaboration: crisp communication with product, marketing, and engineering; feedback that’s kind and actionable.
* Detail orientation: pixel‑perfect where it matters; pragmatic where it doesn’t.
* Nice‑to‑have: experience in crypto/iGaming/fintech, accessibility best practices (WCAG), and performance‑aware design.
