Understand the procedures and participate in the task automation process;
Management, monitoring, and control of service levels;
Development of tools and processes within the scope of service management;
Be available for 24/7 prevention weeks.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or similar;
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Application Support;
Strong functional analysis component;
Expertise with SQL/MYSQL;
Experience with Unix/Linux environments;
Knowledge of scripting languages (such as KSH/Bash; Python; Perl);
Proactivity and dynamism;
Organizational and communication skills;
Knowledge of English.
