WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)
PROFILE:
* Higher education in Information Technologies or a similar field;
* Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in infrastructure, with at least 3 years in technical leadership and/or architecture roles;
* Background as a SysAdmin/Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer with progression to Tech Lead;
* Relevant experience in managing or coordinating technology projects within PMOs;
* Strong knowledge of:
* Hybrid environment architecture (on-prem + Azure and/or AWS);
* Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking, security, and storage;
* Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux, backup and monitoring solutions;
* Automation with PowerShell, Bash, and Python (Ansible or Terraform valued);
* Storage and backup (Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC, among others);
* Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and firewalls);
* Knowledge of CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices is valued;
* Certifications such as AZ-104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, or Veeam VMCE will be valued;
* Fluency in English;
* Experience in team management or technical mentoring;
* Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset;
* Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.
