Machine Learning Scientist
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Scientist to join our innovative team.
The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models to accelerate drug discovery.
* Develop and deploy AI models to predict molecular properties, identify novel targets, and generate optimized molecules.
* Pipeline integration: collaborate with medical, chemistry, and biology teams to integrate AI into high-throughput screening and drug design workflows.
* Data strategy: curate and manage large datasets for model robustness and predictive power.
Key responsibilities include developing and deploying AI models, pipeline integration, data strategy, research leadership, and mentorship. Required qualifications include a Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative field, 3+ years of experience applying machine learning to drug discovery, and expertise in common AI frameworks and Python libraries.
Required Skills:
* M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics).
* Expertise in deep learning techniques and neural networks.
* Familiarity with common AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Python libraries.
* Strong programming skills in Python.
