We are looking for aEndpoint Management Engineer (Windows / Intune)for this project!
Responsibilities
Act as themain point of contactbetween product teams and business entities, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
Manage theend-to-end lifecycle of applications(integration, testing, qualification, and deployment) using Intune.
ProvideL3 support, resolving complex incidents and advanced technical issues related to Windows devices and applications.
Performbug analysis and resolution, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
Contribute todevice and product lifecycle management, including onboarding, configuration, and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
Strong experience withMicrosoft Intune, Autopilot, and Windows device management (MDM).
Solid knowledge ofWindows Information Protection (WIP)and enterprise endpoint security practices.
Experience introubleshooting complex IT issues (L3 support)and working in corporate environments.
Ability to produceclear technical documentation and reporting, including use of tools like Log Analytics.
Fluent in English, with experience working inAgile/Scrum environmentsand cross-functional international teams.
Nice to have:MS Endpoint DLP, McAfee Cloud Proxy, F5 PerApp VPN.
