As a key member of our RD team, you will be responsible for developing world-class products from concept to industrialization.
/ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pp· strongInnovative Formulation Development: /strong Design and develop new formulations, with a deep understanding of raw materials, formulation development, while ensuring that the products are align with customer needs and market trends.
/pp· strongSupplier Trend Expertise: /strong Cultivate and maintain a robust network of suppliers, while staying ahead of emerging trends in ingredients, packaging, and product concepts.
/pp· strongProject Management: /strong Manage own product development projects using best practice in project management and communication tools, ensuring smooth transitions from lab to large-scale production.
/pp· strongCollaborative Product Handover: /strong Create and implement industrial trial protocols, facilitating the seamless handover of successful products to production.
/pp· strongCustomer, Marketing Technical Support: /strong Provide expert technical support to both internal teams, marketing and external clients, including product information, samples, and customer visits.
/pp· strongSafety Compliance: /strong Ensure compliance with strongGLP /strong standards, applicable regulations, and environmental requirements at all stages of development /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat We're Looking For: /strong /pp· strongExperience: /strong At least 2 years of hands-on experience formulating personal care products.
Experience in suncare and skincare will be highly valued.
/pp· strongEducation: /strong A university degree in a relevant science field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, etc.).
/pp· strongInnovation: /strong A proactive mindset and a passion for driving the next generation of products, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
/pp· strongSkills: /strong Proficiency in English and advanced knowledge of strongMS Office /strong tools; br / strong communication skills for collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
/pp· strongTechnical Expertise: /strong Knowledge of the full product development process, from concept to launch, with a preference in suncare and skincare formulations.
/pp· strongTeam Player: /strong Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and collaborative team environment across multiple geographies.
