Cross Border Talents is recruiting
Customer Service Specialists
for a leading global tech company in Greece
We are looking for
Dutch, German, French, Danish, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish speakers
who want to start or continue their international career in beautiful, sunny
Athens
.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing outstanding customer experiences.
The best part? You can choose your work model — either
on-site
in Athens or
remote from home (within Athens city limits)

What We Offer
Salary:
€1,000 – €1,600/month (paid over 14 months), depending on the project and language
Performance Bonus:
+10–15% monthly
Legal Premiums:
• Night hours (22:00–06:00): +25% on base hourly rate
• Sundays & Public Holidays: +75% on base hourly rate
Schedule:
Rotational shifts (Monday–Friday or Monday–Sunday depending on project) – 2 days off per week
Relocation Package:
• Flight ticket (within the EU)
• 2 weeks hotel accommodation
• Airport pickup
• Real estate agency fees covered
