Work Schedule
- Rotating shifts (24/7 operation), Monday to Sunday
- Two rotating days off per week
- Full remote working model (after initial training, if applicable)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential
Who You Are
- Passionate about customer service and delivering high-quality support
- Comfortable working on a rotational shift schedule
- Experience in customer support is a strong plus (automotive, mobility, or tech sectors preferred)
