Role Overview
As anInfrastructure Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of IT production initiatives by ensuring alignment across all stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and monitoring the delivery progress.
Your key responsibilities include facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams while ensuring initiatives are delivered with optimal cost, quality, and scope.
Key Responsibilities
Initiative Ownership and Delivery
Act as theInitiative Ownerfor IT production initiatives.
Collaborate with business Initiative Owners to ensure successful delivery and resolve prioritization, budgeting, and scope conflicts.
Monitor, control, and report the progress and status of features related to initiatives.
Collect and analyze feature delivery updates from Feature Delivery Owners.
Ensure initiatives deliver the expected results within the defined scope and value for money.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
Facilitate stakeholder interactionsby organizing ceremonies such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Communicate with internal and external parties to streamline information flow and prevent unexpected workloads.
Participate in frameworks likeScrum of ScrumsandQuarterly Agile Planningto drive alignment.
Impediment Resolution and Facilitation
Identify, log, and address impediments at the initiative, opus, or feature level.
Facilitate resolution at the initiative level to ensure efficient progress.
Foster trust and create an environment where discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution feel safe and collaborative.
Technical Contribution
Use your experience to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT suppliers.
Challenge both parties to achieve the optimal balance of cost, quality, and scope for solutions.
Leverage technical expertise to understand and validateinfrastructure architecture design documentswhile addressing technical complexities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience and Professional Background
At least 6 years of relevant experiencein IT Operations, Project Management, or Infrastructure Services.
A totalprofessional experience of 10+ years.
Good spoken English & French
Mandatory Technical Skills
Proven ability to understand complexinfrastructure architecture design documents.
Experience working inIT infrastructure environmentsand managing associated complexities.
Hands-on experience withproject management methods, processes, and tools.
