What we are looking for
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in front-end development, QA, UX, or digital project management
- Experience coordinating technical and business teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality audits and reports
- Experience translating technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams
- Ability to lead and support a small team (2–3 people) in day-to-day work
- IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or ADS) valued
- Capacity to act as main point of contact with the client, ensuring alignment between needs and deliverables
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2, RGAA) and assistive technologies is a plus
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) and engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, proactive and structured mindset
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor accessibility audit activities
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in French and English – minimum B2
