Responsibilities
Provide 3rd line IT support as part of a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Utilize debugging and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues across various technologies (PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle, VBA, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of applications in hybrid/remote/on-site settings.
Support integration and deployment processes using tools such as Control-M, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Kafka, Big Data, and Unix.
Maintain documentation and use Jira/Confluence for issue tracking and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or Finance.
Proven experience in a 3rd line IT Support role.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with PL/SQL and SQL programming languages.
Understanding of object-oriented programming languages.
Familiarity with basic financial concepts.
Proficiency in English and French.
Experience with Oracle, IQ, ASE, or Hive databases.
Hands-on experience with tools/technologies such as VBA, SQL Workbench, GitLab, Control-M, BitBucket, CFT, Jenkins, Kafka, Big Data, or Unix.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Available to work in a hybrid model in Porto.
