We are now looking for two Application Production Support Engineers willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid international project based in Lisbon. ResponsibilitiesAct as first-line support for two business-critical applications in the investment funds domain Handle incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and perform root cause analysis Conduct database queries and data extractions (SQL) to identify issues and support resolutions Support quarterly deployments and validate post-release performance Collaborate with sysadmin, infrastructure, and development teams across international locations Technical ProfileStrong experience with Linux, Windows and SQL (queries, joins, data analysis) Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace) is a plus Knowledge of ITIL framework and production support practices Comfortable with deployments and production validations Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a plus Personal ProfileStrong autonomy and analytical skills Capable of managing critical banking production environments Excellent communication and coordination skills across distributed teams Comfortable with incomplete context and open to learning on the job Willingness to participate in rare on-call rotation (soon to be replaced by follow-the-sun model) At least one senior profile required; second position may be junior or mid-level What We OfferProviding a Multidisciplinary Team Giving a home office kit, with everything you need to perform remotely Ensuring a career plan alongside with professional growth Providing you with a custom training plan#J-18808-Ljbffr
