Business Development Director
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our expansion strategy, driving growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Characterize regions for out-licensing, identifying priorities, objectives, and strategies.
* Collaborate in defining and developing expansion strategies.
* Identify and manage strategic partners.
* Explore new business opportunities.
* Manage external licensing projects.
* Monitor internal activities and facilitate communication between clients and departments.
* Promote GTM products.
* Participate in relevant industry events.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including licensing/business development.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Project management and leadership skills.
* Proficient in analyzing commercial proposals.
* Ability to support departmental goals.
* Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
