About the job
The Securities Database Team Leader mission is to manage in the department/team(s) within the Banking Services, contribute actively to the implementation and success of the Dual Office Operational Model and respond to Direct Management (hierarchically to Manager Level 2 or to Local Head of Operations and functionally to the Ops Managers of the department of respective Location). Additionally, share Corporate Values and promote communication within the team(s)
Your Main Activities Are
Elaborate team members job descriptions with direct management and HR department and take part in the recruitment process and the training of team members
Manage team's organization and performance, identify and report training needs. Manage vacations, absences and plan team presence on holidays
Motivate the team and integrates the diversity of its members, as well as ensure the appraisal process of team members in coordination with direct management. Manage work prioritization and planning
Deal with Team Building and Conflict Management topics
Ensure the supervision of all operational activities in accordance with the department's procedures and ensure the first level of control
Assure management report of activity and team related subjects and assist management in the key performance indicators (KPI) preparation
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
From 5 to 7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Database Management IBM
Ability to collaborate, develop others and improve their skills
Ability to manage a project
Ability to develop and adapt a process
Good organisational and communication skills (both oral and written)
