As a Senior iOS Developer, you'll play a key role in our innovative team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our global customers.
From powering platforms like NBCUniversal's Peacock in the United States to Sky's NOW, and SkyShowtime across Europe, and now Showmax in over 40 countries in Africa, one thing's for certain, your contributions will impact millions of viewers worldwide.
What You'll Do:
1. Develop excellent quality software using agile techniques
2. Design clean, maintainable and reliable code
3. Deliver highly scalable and highly reliable products
4. Provide technical leadership within a team, demonstrating deep expertise across multiple features and owning the implementation of complex solutions with minimal guidance
5. Promote best practices and shared ownership within the team to drive code quality, maintainability, and reliability
6. Contribute to the whole development cycle, analysis, implementation, testing and operation
7. Operation excellence and support are part of the development teams' responsibility
What You'll Bring:
8. Development in native iOS languages - Swift
9. iOS development experience
10. Understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Design
11. Knowledge of iOS App Architecture
12. Experience working with Restful APIs
13. Ability to work well in a team, self-driven and eager to learn
14. Creative thinking, analytical skills, with attention to detail
15. Fluent in English
