We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the customer experience and optimizing sales processes through effective project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Description
Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies for sales-related projects and initiatives. Support cross-functional teams throughout the planning, execution, and monitoring stages of these projects.
Develop clear and detailed maps of current sales processes. Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the creation of improvement roadmaps.
Collect and analyze customer feedback from multiple sources (surveys, interactions, reviews) to extract valuable insights. Use this data to propose new projects or enhancements aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Facilitate communication and cooperation across diverse teams.
Assist in implementing process improvements by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring seamless adoption of new processes.
Champion a customer-first approach by helping design and implement customer-focused processes that drive customer retention and long-term satisfaction.
Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or related roles. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in project management and process mapping.
Strong project management skills (experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
Proficiency in process mapping and process optimization tools (such as ARIS, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback and data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
