/ppbr/ppWe are now looking for a strongBusiness Development Manager /strong to help us expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued growth of our nearshore delivery model.
/p pAs a strongBusiness Management Developer /strong, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives within the European market.

/p pstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pulliSales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target and engage potential Enterprise clients across the European region.
/liliNew Business Acquisition: Take a proactive approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to successful deal closure.
/liliClient Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
/liliMarket Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market dynamics to position our consultancy as a market leader.
/liliCollaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall corporate objectives.
/liliSales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales activity reports, pipeline status updates, and key performance indicators to the management team.
/li /ul pstrongRequirements: /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
/liliMandatory at least 2/3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the IT industry and international market.
/lilistrongGreat plus if in Nearshore client acquisition.
/strong /liliExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
/liliStrong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (experience with Pipedrive is a plus).
/liliSelf-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
/liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
/liliFluent written and spoken English.
/liliEntrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a "default to action" mentality.
