IT Consultant Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and optimize IT environments, identifying gaps, risks, and performance bottlenecks
* Implement and integrate enterprise solutions (Oracle, OutSystems, microservices, cloud, observability platforms, etc.)
* Support Performance Acceptance Tests (PATs) and other quality assurance frameworks
* Develop automation and observability use cases to improve system dependability and operational visibility
* Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Competence Centers to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations

* Performance Engineering & Observability
* Cloud & DevOps/SRE, Database & Middleware
* Optimization, Business Applications
* Automation & AI-based Process Optimization
* Data & Analytics (BI, OLAP, ETL, Data Warehouse)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science
* No professional experience needed
* Understand different concepts around programming languages like Java, C, C++, Python, and SQL
* Understand different variations around databases, SQL, and NoSQL, like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB
* Excellent communication, resilient, and goal-oriented
* Analytical mindset
* Driven by technology and challenges
* Fluency in English (be able to write and speak)
* Be able to travel
