By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential.Job Description Your contribution to something big:Spearhead mechanical design activities for groundbreaking ADAS sensors, guiding projects from initial quotation through to Start of Production (SOP), ongoing series support, and continuous improvement initiatives (change packages, RPP).Serve as the primary technical contact for all mechanical design aspects, fostering strong relationships with both our valued customers and strategic suppliers.Prepare and meticulously maintain project documentation, adhering to our robust ME best practices.Plan, track, and control engineering costs, ensuring projects meet ambitious quality, budget, and time targets.Prepare and deliver compelling project status updates and essential management reports, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.Champion synergies and efficiency across diverse engineering domains, including mechanical design, reliability engineering, and simulation. You'll work closely with our global partners (ME-SN IDN and IPN) to achieve collective success.Qualifications What distinguishes you:An MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a comparable technical field.At least 2 years of project management experience within the automotive industry, specifically with a focus on mechanical design.Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.You are self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take full ownership of your tasks and projects, driving them to successful completion.You adapt easily to new development environments and possess a genuine interest in automotive technologies and a wide range of technical fields (e.g., electronics, failure analysis methods, material sciences).Proficient in English, both written and oral.
