Ensure project execution according to schedules and allocate resources as needed. Monitor activities to ensure they meet planned criteria. Control operational costs and ensure project profitability. Implement measures to mitigate delays, costs, and risks. Proactively seek to enhance project value and profitability. Resolve issues promptly, including items on the Snag List. Report performance indicators to management and stakeholders. Organize all project documentation for internal and customer use. Coordinate with stakeholders to assess impacts of project variations. Promote continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety policies. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Your ProfileMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnology. Project Management certification (PMI or IPMA); support available if not certified. At least 3 years of project management experience in an industrial environment. Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused, quality-oriented, and demanding. Good understanding of system integration (mechanical, automation, software). Collaborative, pragmatic, and team-oriented attitude.
