Your Mission Will Be:
Design and develop agent-based applications powered by LLMs and generative AI models;
Build and optimize RAG pipelines and AI-driven microservices in cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure);
Write clean, scalable, and production-ready Python code with strong engineering standards;
Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI models using tools such as Datadog or Databricks;
Translate AI capabilities and risks into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You Will Need:
Strong expertise in Python with at least 5 years of solid hands-on experience;
Minimum of 6 months of practical experience with GenAI (e.g., LangChain, RAG architectures, vector databases);
Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and containerized applications with Docker/Kubernetes in AWS or Azure environments;
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), Git workflows, and agile methodologies within international teams;
CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
Would Be Awesome If You Have:
Academic background from a technical university or strong engineering foundation;
Experience tracking the evolution of LLM ecosystems and applying best practices in production contexts;
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex AI topics;
BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
