The Role:
In this role as Automation Manager, you will be part of the Global Operations team supporting the Real-World Solutions business unit. You will lead programs and projects to automate global processes using workflows & RPA and help drive innovation and adoption of industry-leading technologies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Program and project management activities in relation to the development of new and maintenance of existing automations.
* SUPPORTS AUTOMATION ASSESSMENT VIA A CONSULTING ROLE.
* Serve as a point of contact for RWS automation related questions. Together with automation developers, able to find root cause of problems, propose a solution and implement.
* Continuously look for improvement opportunities across the business unit.
* Participate in adoption of technology solutions and process improvements.
* Change-management advocate.
* Develops and delivers training as needed.
* Develops, implements and manages processes/best practices related to the delivery of process improvements and automations.

* Pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
