Founded in ****, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus'
global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in standardisation,
harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all
overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past
within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit

responsabilidades chave
Responsibilities - your mission:
Business Operations Management
Support and assist the Head of Sourcing on management dimensions (assessment salary increase, promotion, management of competencies, training, development)
Propose recommendations and supervise the implementation of General Procurement policies and procedures
Work on process harmonization, standardization and contribute for continuous improvement opportunities
Escalate back-office issues related to the General Procurement process and applications
Ensure strict compliance with Finance, Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain policies and procedures
Support the AGBS onboarding newcomers (including global Airbus organization awareness, IT tools, HR tools, trainings...)
Share and cascade central information to the local team
Operations
Perform the procurement commodity activities for example :
Manage or support Call For Tenders
Contracts managements, manage query/claims,including supporting to litigation topics
Transversal activities
Business Strategy definition support
Other
Supervise team workload in agreement with the Commodity Manager
Liaise with Core Countries management and coordinate with Managers
Customer service and relationship
Build and sustain a robust relationship with internal customers
Work in close collaboration with internal customers to identify and implement solutions for problems encountered on a daily basis
Project management
Support the local procurement HO and commodity or sub commodity HO on special projects (i.e systems evolution)

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Procurement background and a minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in a commercial or industrial environment involving tight deadlines
Team management experience
Experience in escalating issue resolution, team building, training and team support.
Good communication skills, rigor, conscientious
Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, build strong cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
Proven ability to work in a team and independently
Systems and tools – working knowledge of SAP desirable with a strong desire to developfurther
Languages: English - capacity to interact daily with native English speakers. Other European languages (French / German / Spanish) would be a plus
