This role is ideal for a professional with over5 years of experience in Sales,with a strong background in leveraging technology and digital tools to drive business growth.We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is highly proactive, and has the ability to independently manage the entire sales process from start to finish.What you'll be doing Generate, identify, and qualifyinbound and outbound leads; Develop, manage, and close ongoingsales opportunities; Own and managethe end-to-end sales process, from first contact to contract signature; Build and nurture relationshipswith investors, real estate funds, construction companies, and strategic partners; Maintainaccurate pipeline management using CRMand digital sales tools; Source and securenew properties and business opportunitiesin the market; Act proactively toexpand the contact network and identify new acquisition channels.What We Are Looking For Ahands-on, proactive attitudeand ownership mindset; Strong technological curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools; High energy, resilience, and motivationto grow in a scale-up environment; Clear communication, structured thinking, and commercial intuition;Skills for the role Proven track record ofachievingorexceeding sales targets; 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech-driven environments or B2B sales; Strong negotiationand closing abilities; Comfortable usingdigital tools, platforms, CRMs, and automation tools; Ability toworkindependentlywhile collaborating effectively with the team; Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).Ready to embark on a journey where your skills will be valued, and your ideas will shape the industry's future?Our Benefits: Competitivecompensation package; Health Insurance:100% covered to ensure your well-being; Transportation: Monthly transportation pass fully paid for travel in Porto metropolitan area; Hybrid Work & Flexibility:Option for hybrid work with flexible hours; Culture:A team that values autonomy, trust, and real results; Growth:A place where you can execute, innovate and grow.
