Job Description:

The Procurement Category Manager for Facilities will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for all facility-related categories. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform Spend Analysis and identify strategic savings opportunities
2. Develop and implement procurement strategies for facilities management, including maintenance, repair, operations, and capital projects.
3. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
5. Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and innovative solutions.
6. Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and deliver cost savings.
8. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and cost savings to senior management.

Qualifications:

9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
10. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on facilities management.
11. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
