This role will be instrumental in driving our growth hacking strategy through technology adoption patterns, respecting visitors' data, and using open source in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the growth engineering team to achieve commercial results through data and technology.
* Design, implement, and operate phiture's marketing technology stack.
* Own reporting and analytics throughout the customer lifecycle.
* Develop and monitor OKRs and conversion rates across marketing and revenue funnels.
* Optimize lead scoring, flow, and cadences to improve conversion rates.
* Develop web analytics and SEO strategies to sustain high organic user and customer acquisition.
* Drive Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) optimization via attribution models and channel exploration.
* Ensure data quality and completeness through governance policies and practices.
Requirements:
* An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a compelling alternative.
* A strong analytical mindset with proven project management experience.
* Knowledge of advanced marketing analytics, coding/scripting languages (Python, JS), and databases (SQL).
* Exceptional management experience leading analytical and creative professionals.
* Experience selecting, implementing, and managing a cutting-edge martech stack.
