The Role
We are looking for a Management Intern to join our team in Viana do Castelo. You will work directly with senior leadership on the systems and insights that run the business dashboards, data, processes, and pricing. If you think in numbers and ask "why" before "what," this is your seat.
What You'll Own
Build and maintain dashboards tracking occupancy, revenue, and portfolio performance. Analyse booking data, pricing trends, and market dynamics and turn findings into concrete improvement proposals. Create and maintain internal procedures and operational documentation. Support PMS implementation and internal tools. Map processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest solutions. Assist in reporting cycles, weekly KPIs, monthly leadership reports.
Who You Are — Must Have
Student or recent graduate in Management, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems (mandatory)
Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory)
Solid Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning
Comfortable using AI tools in a professional context
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (mandatory)
Analytical, structured, autonomous, and detail-oriented
Based in for the duration of the internship (mandatory)
Extra Points
Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio

PMS, CRM, or hospitality software experience
Interest in real estate, hospitality, or luxury markets
