We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team.
Requirements:
* High school diploma (12th grade) or a professional IT course.
* Passion for technology and solving complex problems.
* Willingness to learn programming and software fundamentals.
Responsabilities:
* User Support: Provide first-level technical support for our team, troubleshooting issues with hardware (laptops, monitors, printers), software, and network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN).
* Onboarding & Offboarding: Get new employees ready for their first day by setting up their accounts, configuring hardware, and installing necessary software. You'll also assist with deactivating accounts and collecting equipment when a colleague leaves.
* Basic Network & Server Maintenance: Support senior IT staff with routine tasks like monitoring network performance, checking logs, and assisting with infrastructure evolution. This is a great chance to learn about our systems from the ground up.
* Documentation: Create and update internal guides and documentation for common IT issues to help everyone find solutions faster.
* Security Support: Act as the first point of contact for colleagues reporting suspicious activities (like phishing attempts) and assist the Information Security team with gathering information and implementing security policies.
* Scripting & Automation: Help automate repetitive tasks by writing and maintaining simple scripts (e.g., in Python).
* Tool Maintenance: Provide support for our internal tools, which includes troubleshooting user-reported issues and applying minor updates.
