Personal Assistant / Lifestyle Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant / Lifestyle Manager to provide dedicated daily support to our Principal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Principal's schedule, appointments, personal admin, and day-to-day logistics.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a warm, discreet, and polished approach. They will be hands-on, proactive, and able to ease the Principal's daily life by managing household and lifestyle tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, proactive support to the Principal, anticipating daily needs.
* Manage schedules, appointments, personal admin, and day-to-day logistics.
* Ensure wardrobe and garments are organised, laundered, and prepared.
* Oversee smooth running of the Cascais residence and liaise with service providers.
* Handle errands, reservations, shopping, and lifestyle arrangements.
* Organise travel plans, bookings, and occasional accompanying travel.
* Offer light, occasional support to the spouse and children as agreed.
Candidate Profile:
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Warm, discreet, polished, and highly reliable.
* Hands-on, proactive, and able to ease the Principal's daily life.
* Confident supporting both household and lifestyle tasks.
* Valid driving licence and car required.
* Experience in private households or lifestyle/executive support preferred.
