Job Title: Market Research Fieldwork Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Market Research Fieldwork Manager to join our team. This role requires an individual who can operate as the single point of contact between clients' projects and our operational teams and partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects exceed clients' expectations and result in fruitful partnerships. They will need to be resourceful, independent, and proactive, with the ability to quickly grasp company processes and understand the market research industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand costing sheets and specifications
* Attend kick-off meetings with clients/internal teams
* Develop/review screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires
* Review/test programmed questionnaires for best practice data collection
* Conduct briefings with internal/external teams
* Manage recruitment process
* Track project profitability
* Oversee change control/scope creep management
* Confidently manage clients
* Provide timely reporting on project progress
* Identify potential barriers/challenges and offer solutions
* Meet market research quality standards and regulations
* Administer project closure and capture learnings
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in project management, a flexible approach, strong multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to problem-solve using their own initiative.
Additional skills include Microsoft Office proficiency, understanding of data collection management, knowledge of languages and cultures, and previous CATI experience.
