* Fluent English – strong speaking and writing skills - required
* Experience in social‐media customer service or external review platforms
* Excellent digital communication and strong writing skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Your role will include:- Assisting customers with orders, exchanges, and upselling opportunities.
* Responding to customer messages across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and other platforms always with a professional, friendly tone
* Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring all public interactions reflect messaging and brand values
* Working closely with the Social Media team to keep communication aligned and consistent
* Spotting recurring issues and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience
